In addition, the “report” is a hack rewrite of hysterical and leftist material from the Southern Poverty Law Center.
But the author doesn’t have the integrity to say that.
There is one passage that is a ***direct quotation*** from a SPLC web page entitled “Racist Extremists Active in U.S. Military”, which is neither in quotes nor honestly attributed to SPLC.
That conspicuous non-attribution is a huge clue that this is a report even the author is ashamed to have written.
