Yes, some of them work part-time for Hizbullah. But their main business is smuggling across the Sinai into Egypt and Israel, mainly drugs but also weapons, in cahoots with the bedouin tribes in the Sinai.
The Egyptians raided the bedouin camps last November and got run off. They came back in force this month and captured all of these supposed Hizbullah. Problem is, 7 of them are Israelis, many Egyptians, and other Arabs.
What the Israelis don't want to admit is that there is a huge demand for drugs, mainly heroin in Israel and that's what these smugglers mainly supply along with weapons and whatever thay can sell.
