Yep. Most accurate firearms have free floated fixed barrels. The 1919 uses a short recoil system that requires the barrel to recoil in the receiver about half an inch. The gun uses a short sight radius, and the movement on the mount would suggest a “spray and pray” type of use. Yet, the 1919 is capable of accuracy to put single shots on a human sized target at 1000 yards.
It’s an amazing feat of engineering.

Sadly it takes 2 to carry and doesnt have optics.
It was made for suppressive fire.
Which I in no way mean to detract from what a fine piece of engineering it is.
