It's a Tea Party -- and it's revolutionary. On Tax Day, Wednesday, April 15, at 4:00 p.m., taxpayers from across Houston and Southeast Texas will gather in downtown Houston at Jones Plaza to protest unprecedented government spending in Washington. Wednesday is the deadline for mailing federal income taxes. Houston Tea Party

Hey, Anymouse! We were there! Awesome rally! I posted about it already on another thread, but, the park ranger guy told me he had never seen that many people at the park before! I know we use to go to the firework shows there and never saw that many people at the park! Very cordial, inspiring and awesome group of people! We got there early, so got right up front under a tree! My granddaughter's passed out free tea bags for people to sign & presented them to Ron Paul... well, his aide took them! They got their picture took with RP! The guy from Cuba... was AWESOME!!!!!!!
Houston numbers are grossly under-reported! Seems to me there were several TEA parties going on around Houston & vacinity.
