Well if I were in on the planning I would think that the first early run was to test their defense. I think they saw that they all came out to start shooting. So they would run a boat back in again and they would all come out again. Targets were assigned and the sharpshooters did the rest.
I’m thinking the fourth pirate should be sent to CTU medical. Then we’d be four for four. :^)
