Agree, Barry is rooting for the pirates. See my #39 on this thread.

Meeting takes 1 hour, then they can give O a summary/explanation of the situation at the start and end of his shift.

8 and 2, Oh Boy, he must be working overtime carrying the weight of our country on his shoulders.

Lord please be with the hostage and his family. Give them peace and send an angle to free him.

The Punk, like Carter and Clinton before him, is hoping that this will all just go away.

I can hear Berry the pantywaist telling the commander in charge he must keep all weapons unloaded and aimed at the sky when they are within a mile of the pirates. Berry is more worried about the lives of pirates then he is about American lives.

Do we have any active battleships, or did the Dem’s cut back on those ships?
Pound the coast of Somolia and Yemen with the 16” guns until you have nothing but dust in the air.

Then chase the pirates and vaporize any port offering refuge

Nto a freakin’ word from this dirt bag that occupies Our House. America is in such bad straits because of this “Useful Idiot”, B.H.O.

I continually pray four our country; that brings these leftists to Justice.

This whole piracy thing and Obama’s reaction reminds me of the Doomsday Machine episode of Star Trek where Commodore Matt Decker assumes command of the Enterprise, only to demonstrate his ineptitude.

All things considered, I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama’s teleprompter authorized the use of a larger font. Enough is enough after all.

You said — Four days!!! GWB would have had them in four hours ....

Ummm..., you better take a look at my list. See that Bush had 11 days for hostages... LOL...

A previous post of mine below...

Well, an interesting thing happened on the way to Free Republic for me, yesterday..., it just started with a simple post yesterday and two little items on it... I never intended for the following list to come about... LOL...

Here’s where it all started, and then some FReepers started giving me some more events.. :-)

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2226437/posts?page=5#5

THEN... it turned into this...

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/2226437/posts?page=43#43

It’s a good comparison of what Obama is doing now, and you can compare it to what Reagan did in his terms in office (Oh wow!...)...

And note Bush’s 11 days on hostages, too...

I don’t think the Obamacorns want to blow this “opportunity” to embarrass America again. Isn’t this “hope and change” sh!t fun?

Do you know if there is an actual good, rational reason for not killing the pirates and rescuing the captain?

yea and what good does that do...he is still looking for the “community to organize” aspect of the situation...and will continue to be looking for that aspect way after this thing goes bad with appeasement or action

Maybe his telepromter never told him that this pirate thing isn’t sports or video game related?

I can’t believe we have the epitome of the peter principle as a president.

TOTUS will give them a stern talking to after he invites these “businessmen” to the white house for tea and khat. He will tell them all abou HOPE and CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN. His wife will give them a big terrorist fist-bump and they will get $2 billion in “economic stimulus” as fellow “citizens of the world”.

I hope this didn’t terribly incomvenience his pizza party.
