I find myself reading the British press more and more to find out what’s going on in my own country.

I mentioned the same thing about myself to a friend a couple of weeks ago.

A consequence of the election perhaps?

Someone else pointed out that the European press is serving the same function for us today that Radio Free Europe did for the folks who lived behind the Iron Curtain.
