Why is the Navy not jamming the cell phone signals. If they cannot communicate, it will be much more difficult to get help from the shore. There should be some kind of signal jamming that we can do. I swear that this country is being run by idiots.

That’s the point exactly. There are a whole lot of things that can be done. It makes no sense that two fully equiped warships plus some helicopters can’t do squat against four pirates with rifles. If it’s not being stalled on purpose I don’t know what’s going on.
