I would give Levi limited, supervised visitation.

Well thank God you're not a frakking judge then, since you are apparently unable to dintinguish between a FATHER with rights and his own mother who has no rights related to custody.

Of course, Levi has rights. He is Tripp's father. However, if he is living with his mother the Judge would take that into consideration when deciding custody/visitation rights.

I feel that Levi has joint legal custody of the baby. It is entirely possible that he could get some physical custody if he was living away from his mother's problems.

I would usually agree with this perspective, but it is my understanding that Levi is living with his mother. For that reason, I would hope that should the Palins take this to court, the judge would require supervised visits as long as he lives at home.
