She is a felon just like Sen. Ted Stevens is. She’s been convicted of nothing. I’m not defending her visitation rights.
As Levi seems to be living in his mother's home, THAT is the problem.
In an earlier article, Levi said he could see Tripp whenever he wished, but he could not take the child out off with him somewhere. Presumably, he would be wanting to take the child to his home where the addict grandmother is. I, too, would be concerned that he'd leave the baby with her to go off partying.
