ACORN, HuffPo Organizing Efforts to Infiltrate Tax Day Tea Parties to Shape Media Coverage

Acts of protest tend to be synonymous with the left and are usually considered unsurprising on the right. However, when conservatives demonstrate - liberals take notice in a big way.

On Fox News Channel's April 7 "Your World," host Neil Cavuto reported that the Tax Day tea party protests on April 15 will be "infiltrated" by their political opponents and led by left-wing activist organizations. He specifically named Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN).

"Only eight days before a nationwide tea party, some over-caffeinated crashers aiming to lay waste to it," Cavuto said. "Reports of very well-organized infiltrators trying to mix in and rain on this parade. Talk about taxing."

Cell phone cams do seem to be the wisest course of action...

I dont think these scrawny clowns would be dumb enough to try to violently infiltrate a conservative rally, that would lead to a guaranteed asskicking...and we know for sure, that the thing libs fear most is physical discomfort...So it would seem they’d bring racist, incendiary signs etc to try to discredit the tea party movement.

Get them on cell-phone cam if they bring such signs, call them out on it, humiliate them. Sure as hell cant rely on the MSM to do it for us.

Although if they do get in your face, of course, deck em :)

Very good advice. Even tho I would like to see.....’Liberals. It’s what’s for dinner.”.....they are good at screaming ‘ASSAULT!’ even when someone brushes up against their clothing. Still.....one needs to ‘defend’ themselves WHEN attacked.

If any left wing puke tries to disrupt a tea party, knock the bastard out and tell the cops he tripped.

Maybe we should all wear “I’m with stupid” shirts and stand next to the Acorn-istas.

Anyone identified as an organizer at a Tea party event where someone gets injured can be assured of being sued by the “victims”. But I’m sure all the bad ass big talkers on this thread could care less as long as they get a little “what fer” in, right?

Those of you who are in that category, quadruple your homeowners liability insurance limit today or you might lose your home.

This is how the left shuts down their opposition and they will get free legal representation while you pay for yours.

“Just be ready to throw some blows, everybody.”

That is a really, really bad idea for so many reasons.

It’s exactly what they are looking for, an excuse to make the Tea Party Protesters look bad.

>>It’s exactly what they are looking for, an excuse to make the Tea Party Protesters look bad.<<

As if the DBM needs a reason to make the protesters look bad. They will lie their way through the protests and say what they will.

As for me, I’m up for some dungaree liberty”. The Old Corps guys will know what I mean!

Semper Fi, do or die

Ahh..the paradox of conservatism. Trust your head over your heart without compromising liberty.

What to do? Maybe I’ll recite some Voltaire while curb-stomping them :)

They’ll be there trying to bait people into a confrontation, and ready to play the victim for the cameras.

...”Can’t we just put a line on tax forms wherein these people could simply write in how much additional tax that THEY would like to pay, and leave the rest of us alone?”

Sorry, no. That would be a violation of the primary tenet of liberalism. This foundational concept can be summed up in the common philosophy as: “We have a problem, and You have to pay for it”

“That is a really, really bad idea for so many reasons.”

Sorry, but you are simply wrong. You have bought into the left-driven notion that we need to be concerned with a public relations element, when you know damn well that we will never win the public relations war. The media and “they” will make up stuff even when nothing is there, so for you to be preoccupied with eggshell walking only plays right into their hands. While you are soft, they move forward aggressively, been happening for decades.

The gloves are off. If you haven’t felt that yet, you will soon. And you will either be ready to step in, or you can watch the rest of us. But I’ll tell you this. If you really want to scare the crap out of these people and this Administration, thump some heads at the tea parties and watch the fallout.

“I’m willing to add some extra muscle, bro.”

Good for you, we’ll all need to muscle up. The facts are, at present, we are up against a paper lion. These pussies will collapse and bail if we respond aggressively. If we allow them to gain further strength in numbers, and then get the help of foreign agents, we’ll have a more difficult time.

“As for me, I’m up for some dungaree liberty.”

Outstanding post. Geez, I’m tired of our side worrying about ‘how they might portray us’ when they are going to portray us poorly, regardless. So let’s just kick their ass into next week, in every way, without concern for style points. Screw them.

AND, the political corollary: "Vote for me, and I'll get you benefits -- and make somebody else pay the tab."

If an obamanite comes by shouting OBAMA we,must shout him /her/ it down with our USA,USA,USA chant! I would bet they hate hearing USA.

And our signs and verbal language should exclude obama, and we should use Washington this, and Government this, and Uncle Sam this, and Congress that, etc. So they can't say were just against the poor , little, obama.
