It’s kind of like Obama changing from promising to create millions jobs to saving or creating millions of jobs. Nobody can quantify how many jobs are “saved.” But I would bet Obama and his gang will make that claim.
They design every speech to accurately reflect what each audience wants to hear!
Bearing that in mind makes everything really flow. You can almost predict what they will say.
In front of Europeans just say the US sucks, in front of unions say mgmt. sucks an you will protect them. In response to sagging numbers just say what the audience wants to hear.
None of it ever has to be true only what the audience wants to hear at the time.!!
