Croatia has made great strides in becoming a member in good standing with the Western democracies and certainly is entitled to be evaluated by the EU on their own merits without having Macedonia and Serbia's lack of progress drag them down.

You want Serbia (and I suspect your real issue Macedonia) in the EU? Fine. Have them mondernize their economies and come to terms with their human rights abuses.
