I understand some people lived in terror of being buried alive, it was such a real possibility Sadly, I have this same fear. First realized after growing an interest in Poe's works while in grade school.
I am being cremated as a result (even though I am SURE people are no longer buried alive). Still, I'd rather be burned alive real quick, than die of fright in the grave.

For those of you who stream; we do have a great host in Lexington on WLAP (also a 630 station) It also carries Rush, but not Sean. :(

Folks these loan modifications generally are just a way for the bank to strech out the loan, INCLUDE LAWYER FEES FOR THE FOCLOSURE and MOST IMPORTANT, create a new promisory note to replace the lost and unenforcable promisory note.
These are not true modifications because they are not reducing to actual value of the house as would be in a NORMAL ecconomy. This is modifications TO THE INFLATED VALUES, this is why the loans are failing.
