Yep...he bowed to the King.
gettyimages.com has several photos of others with the King but Bambi is the only one bowing to him. The others might be slightly bowing but Bambi is so low, he could retie the King’s shoes if he wanted to.

I don’t know...is it possible whoever wrote the caption got it wrong and just thought he was bowing? I mean it sure looks like he’s going down to pick something up. Even the guy to his right looks like he’s going in to do the same. And then you got those other guys all looking down at something. I sure hope that’s the case, if not we will all be the laughing stock.
