The limo(s) are always flown over, two of the in fact. There is always a decoy just in case.
As for personal chefs and an entourage of 500....I don’t know about that.

The Friends just reported that Barry brought a friend for playing basketball. And that Michelle refused to ride on the Queen's train--said it wasn't safe. And it's not safe for Her Majesty?
The Friends also said that Barry rambled on during the first press conference where the British press actually gave him tough questions. Gordon saved his friend, though, with lots of praise. Huge protests outside on the streets...gee, I thought Barry would bring much swooning and the tossing of flowers.
