Then explain why the decision of Sen. Arlen Specter, RINO (Republican In Name Only) of Pennsylvania, to oppose the so-called Employee Free Choice Act he once co-sponsored was greeted by conservatives with such bowing, scraping, acclaim and adulation. It was not greeted as such by this conservative. He is simply attempting to save his ass from a primary kicking by Pat Toomey. I'll take his vote & work for Pat!

I can forgive Specter a lot, because I’m grateful to him for getting Clarence Thomas confirmed. But voting for that enormous stimulous bill just about does away with the good will he had earned back then.

Arlen is an ass. He stood there on Fox news when Porkulus was about to pass and promised he’d get the healthcare stuff removed before it was signed. What a joke.
