If we are not teaching it right then show us the TRUTH. Explain what Joe Smith REALLY meant when he says God in an exalted man of flesh and bones.
Otherwise all we have to go on is what your founder has said. It is pretty straight forward and simple and clear in its reading.

Given how often I have addressed that in this thread, I can only see this statement as another attempt to deceive and misguide readers.
Man may grow into Godhood.
God is no longer a man, He has already grown to Godhood.
Yet you have said, then denied that you said, then said that you said that we teach that God IS a man.
Small difference in words, yet a large misdirection by you and yours.
