I am a Mormon, and have just seen that website you linked to for the first time. It looks like someone is just collecting anti-Mormon postings, and linking to possible responses. I don’t see anything on that site that talks about “disrupting.” Have you gotten some other information about disruption?

I get as mad as anyone about the garbage that gets posted on FR about my religion. Other religions get attacked, too. There are some ugly anti-Catholic threads. It has always seemed a stupid way to cause disruption, when we should be looking at what we have in common and working together

I communicate with other Mormon Freepers about the stuff on FR, and, to be truthful, I decided to donate elsewhere when the anti-Mormon stuff became so persistent. But I’ve never heard anything about attempts to disrupt. I think I would have heard. Are you sure this information is reliable?

If not, this thread will only whip up more anti-Mormon sentiment.

It has always seemed a stupid way to cause disruption, when we should be looking at what we have in common and working together.

By most means, Christians & LDS can and should continue to work together on Prop 8 like campaigns, pro-life work, and other cultural & political venues. We need to work together without conveying that this is our highest priority.

One day this world's going to pass away -- and even before it does -- most if not all of us FREEPERS will.

We all face ultimate accountability before a Pure Judge. We'll either claim His Son's shed blood as the rite of passage to remain in His presence, or we'll hold on to a no-go substitute. That is why we need to work together at most costs -- but not all costs. There's something coming that transcends this world and its conflicts.
