“Can you really believe that?
Since you specifically ask, Fred, yes. It is very easy
to see what your posts are doing.
A statement is made. Your posts try to finesse it so that
people unfamiliar with the doctrines of mormonism think
it sounds Christian, which it isn’t
Mormonism teaches God used to be a man.
Don’t finesse it. Just own it.
Same thing with polytheism (the mormonism teaching that there are many gods) - potentially billions or trillions.
With new ones created at any time.
Posts using your approach will try to say, we only worship
one god. That doesn’t mean mormonism doesn’t teach that
every mormon male is potentially a new god someday - in
the same way it teaches that the god mormons worship used
to be a man.
Right there for everyone to see. Your right to believe whatever you wish. If you believe it though, I wonder why
there is so much finessing happening in your posts?

You show a lack of desire for understanding what you are writing about.
I asked you if you really believed what P-Marlowe had said, not what I said.
Instead you say a bunch of stuff about what I am doing that misses the mark.
You even implyed I did not say what I said about man growing into his Godhood.
and a bunch of other stuff.
Given what I have been talking about, it can only be seen as another attempt to divert the readers attention from how a poster changed a single word to make a claim that we teach something that we do not teach.
Do you think it is right for your fellow Christian to use a lie to prove something you believe in?
