I guess I will jump in here for the sake of timing:
The meeting should start in the Sarasota Room at 8:30am and end up about 5:15pm with an hour and a half lunch at noon.
The Sarasota Room is at the Convention Center; enter main entrance and take up escalator on the right to the Ballroom level - signs posted.
