She's just a woman jealous of Palin's good looks.
Shannyn Moore, who has her own blog and also writes for The Huffington Post, and who is a friend of Chilton, vigorously defended Mudflats' right to anonymity. It was pointed out to her by Dispatch editor Amanda Coyne, however, that if Chilton was a strident Republican who was attacking a politician who Moore supported, Moore would probably do everything she could to reveal that person's identity.
The interesting thing about today's turn of events is that Doogan, a former newspaper columnist, is a Democrat. And that isn't lost on Moore and others.
"Frankly, I would expect this from (Palin flacks) Meg Stapeton or Bill McCallister, but not someone who claims to be a progressive," Moore writes on her blog, Shannyn Moore: Just a Girl From Homer.
UPDATED: Mudflats anonymous no more
========= snip
HufPo, KOS and DU is having a cow over this! LOL!
Of course they were just fine with that punk hacking Palin's email.
I hear they are running drugs out the back. Just a rumor mind you, no facts. /s
I may have been in that museum.....several illegal ivory carvings. /not
Jeanne Chilton
Kinda reminds me of this guy:
Axelrod's astroturfer (among other things, I'm sure), Ethan Winner, who takes credit for the phoney YouTube videos on Palin.
LOL! You know ALL of those Alaskans are cookin’ meth!
Let me guess. Jeanne Devon is a big fat stinkin’ sweating lesbian hog. It is a truism that people generally hate what and whom they envy. I suspect this is Ms Devon’s problem.
Mudflats is a really vile site, more aptly named Dirt Bags. Naturally, the left is fuming over this, but they didn’t have any trouble with the guy who hacked Palin’s email or those who illegally snooped through Joe the Plumbers background.
If you visit the far left sites, Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, Huffington Post, Mudflats, you know why they want to hide behind annonymous names, anyone in their right mind would be embarrased to put their real name on the crap they write.
No prank calls would be wrong
_________
Prank phone calls are funny.
Absolutely. Liberals are the New Puritans - they want to tell you how to dress, what to think, what to do, what to eat, ad nauseum. And then accuse conservatives of being Fascists.
Are you people nuts? You send me -- and everybody else in the legislature, from the looks of things -- Spam and then lecture me on email etiquette -- as if there were such a thing? Here's an etiquette suggestion: Abandon your phony names, do your own thinking and don't expect everybody to share your obsessions. [Yes, that is the actual response that Doogan sent to his constituents.]And a demm'd fine one it is too!
I get into crap on FR all the time with people, but there are only a few of us who have no problem providing our identity and where we live. I am not ashamed of what I say, and I resent people who hide behind keyboards.
She’s the old gal who wanted to pass and enforce a grass ordinance in Wasilla.
The problem comes with names nobody knows - like Billybob 7. Who would that be? The mind boggles.
