Their task...to undermine the Judaeo-Christian legacy. To do this they called for the most negative destructive criticism possible of every sphere of life which would be designed to de-stabilize society and bring down what they saw as the ‘oppressive’ order.

It’s obvious that to some degree they have succeeded in their mission. The list of goals is very similar to the 52 goals of the Communist party.
But power corrupts, and they are blind to their own oppressiveness- imposing PC language, regulating behavior,
entirely judgmental of others, the unbending imposition of their own agenda, and the relentless attacks on God, Christianity, the traditional family unit, and their assault on capitalism and American exceptionalism.
A free society allowed them the room to do this, and to permeate our institutions, The Leftist movement in America has metastisized from campus sit-ins, communal living and recreational drug use,to utter infiltration of the public schools, the media and the three branches of American government.
They have used the openness of our society against it and us, in much the same way that hijackers purchased airfare tickets and turned commercial airline jets into deadly missiles.
It’s going to take a Supreme effort to stem the tide.

Marxism is our nation’s most serious threat. Schools are the Marxists most important and serious weapon.
Don't get me wrong. It's useful to read, for instance, some of the early expressions of the ideas, especially about these guys' fear of fathers. But two things always seem to be missing from these articles.
One is a real sense of history, which would include the knowledge that this process has indeed happened before. You can read about it in ancient Rome and Greece, and probably elsewhere: Prosperity makes people generally soft and undisciplined, allows men to forego the strenuous life of war and work, tempts women to lose their focus on family life, and lowers the social cost of immorality of all kinds.
The other missing element is what we should do about it. Are there measures that can be taken? Pointing to a conspiracy may be part of it, but if these people understand the levers of society so well, which ones should be pulled now, and by whom?
I personally do believe there are answers to these questions—after all, this problem is a perennial one of history—but I want to see someone stick his neck out with a plan of action.
What to do about it? Fight back in a million small ways. No one can do all of these, but I’ll start with ten or so.
1. Run for school board.
2. Alternatively, be a thorn in the side of you school board.
3. Unapologetically believe in traditional values and say so.
4. Get involved in the arts and/or encourage your children to do so.
5. Go see movies that uphold traditional values.
6. Go see plays that uphold traditional values.
7. Join groups that are seeking to preserve the works of great classical artists.
8. Get involved in a place of worship and steer them toward following the law of God and away from corrupt values.
9. Let companies that profit off the wrecking of traditional values that you will no longer support their business.
10. Get involved in local government.
11. Teach your children good manners and traditional values.
12. Don’t send tuition money or donations to schools that have embraced corrupt values.
13. Send tuition money and donations to schools that haven’t done so.
14. Give to organizations that stand up for traditional values.
15. Encourage others to stand up for traditional values.
That’s a start. I’m sure other freepers can add a few more.
Completely wrong way to go!
1) Organize private ( conservative) education foundations that will sponsor conservative teachers willing to open tuition-free one room school houses, homeschool cooperatives, virtual schools, and mini-schools. The conservative foundations would certify the teacher, approve the curriculum, and test the students.
2) Remove your child from the government indoctrination camp. Encourage others to do the same.
3) Organize with neighbors to elect representatives who utterly oppose government K-12 schooling and work for its complete elimination.
4) Organize ballot initiatives that will starve government K-12 schools of money.
Please remember that the government school purpose from its inception was to produce compliant sheeple. It is succeeding admirably in its goal. It is impossible to fix something that is not broken. Instead government education must be abolished.

Agreed: #1 priority is to yank your kids out of the government indoctrination cess-pools (public schools) as fast as you can.
This is no slight to anyone, as my parents were both public school educators and I also attended public school. But these schools are now beyond saving and your children’s salvation is at great risk if you send them there.

I really think amendments to state constitutions should be enacted to preserve parental rights.
Can't emphasize that enough. No conservative should have anything to do with public schools. I rarely make absolute statements like that, but this really is an exceptional issue. If you love America and your children, don't send your children to public schools. There are many alternatives, and you CAN afford an alternative. You can't afford not to!

Thanks for posting this current article about “The Frankfurt School.” Having been a subscriber to Free Republic for several years, I became aware of the FS some time ago and have done what I could to spread the word about this nefarious entity that is IMHO the cancer of Western civilization.
What frustrates me is that none of the Right wing radio people - Rush, Hannity, Boortz, Levin, et al, have taken the time to educate their listeners about the FS and “Critical Theory.”
Free Republic should make a reading of this article about FS and others (do a Google) a requirement to be a subscriber and poster to FR. Yes, I know there is no way to actually implement this requirement...
The last reference to the “Authoritarian Personality” was by Syd Blumenthal in his recent book. BTW the author of “AP” and his co-horts were explicit that their quest was to benefit their ethnic group. Maybe short term but you can’t live in a sewer with rising water for very long.
Its hard to put in talking point format, and not a few conservatives are sensitive to bringing up the Frankfurt devils because it hits close to home. Mention it to David Frum and that lunatic will start shouting Hitler at you.
Frankfurt School? More like a circus show run through exploitation and slavery. It visits towns to be seduced off of fresh meat, seeking crowning by “delighted crowds” who forget their mayoral founders or even off shore through them betrayals.
Meanwhile the Hordes follow up. Who cares about economy and customers when taking it all, ez come ez go poor shows until the immaturity faces its shriveling immaturity.

There’s a reason why France’s biggest budget is for public education. They get the Lion’s share of access to schools worldwide.
Let us not forget that this all started when the French Revolution faced a crisis and could only go on surviving through glorified Corsican bandits like Napoleon and spread all over.
I know that Hollywood is infestated and that French consular offices conduct quiet cultural propagandas.
