Hate is too strong a word.

Not at all. It describes your feelings toward Kline to a "T". Very similar to the frothing-at-the-mouth hatred of Bush that the libs and troothers express.

And 'inept' and 'harmless' also describes Phill to a "T", at least where Tiller was concerned.

Why do you say Kline was inept? Didn’t he open an investigation, gather evidence and was going to present a case? From what I’ve heard if Six would have called Tiller out on his “independent” doctor being an employee even Six couldn’t/shouldn’t have lost the case. What am I missing?

Didn’t he open an investigation, gather evidence and was going to present a case?

Supposedly. But we'll never know for sure because when he filed his misdemeanor charges, coincidentally within weeks of the election, the judge threw them out on a technicality that even a first year law student should have avoided.

From what I’ve heard if Six would have called Tiller out on his “independent” doctor being an employee even Six couldn’t/shouldn’t have lost the case.

The prosecution did. What saved Tiller's sorry ass is that the former head of the state medical board testified that he told Tiller the connection was OK and within the law.

What am I missing?

Years of watching Phill Kline in action.
