Good idea. I think those states are where a lot of the new industry has been built.
Maybe Hillary would be willing to take it on personally to clean them up. I know she moans over how we to the North provide the demand for all the drugs the cartels delivers.
She and Bill are probably still making lots of bucks from the drug trade.
