The sanctimony and strange fatalism that permeate the beliefs of some people has always been a mystery to me. I can only guess that it allows you to avoid any true emotion or sense of personal horror by dismissing everything as "God's will".

It sickens me that seven gorgeous, innocent toddlers died in stark terror and I would be just as accurate if I said the "...DEFINITE message being communicated..." was from Satan.

The individual hearts and souls of the mothers who murdered their unborn children deserve the message, unfortunately they probably won't get it.

Deb:

I think you missed my ENTIRE point. Additionally, you attribute to me the apparent feelings of the original poster.

You may be sickened by my SUPPOSED attitude toward those innocent children (and others) who died in that plane crash — but your own evident biases are betrayed in your misreading of my words.

Let me restate myself in simpler language. The crash of that plane — and the consequent loss of life — are tragic, and sad. I have NO authority to say that God “caused” that plane to crash. I have no authority to say that this was some kind of cosmic payback against a man whose hands ARE covered with the blood of innocents.

I DO have authority to say that GOD KNOWS why this happened. and GOD will use it to accomplish His will. Don’t like that? I would suggest you read the book of Job. If you’re still not satisfied with what I’ve said, hate God, not me.
