A second man has been charged over the murder of the police officer in Northern Ireland that threatened to derail the peace process.
The 37-year-old was charged in relation to the death of Stephen Carroll on March 9.
It comes one day after police laid charges against a 17-year-old male for the killing of the officer earlier this month.
The Republican splinter group that calls itself the Continuity IRA has claimed responsibility for the murder, which was widely condemned by both sides of politics in Northern Ireland.
Another splinter group, the Real IRA, claimed responsibility for killing two British soldiers
