He still had a teleprompter. It was positioned behind the reporters at the back of the room. No, he is still TOTUS. Pathetic.
TOTUS didn’t have a split personality tonight.
Oh I know! I was complementing the set designers for making it look like he was speaking to the crowd.
Even with TOTUS helping, he was jerky and disjointed. Bush was a better speaker, mostly; he had a flow.
Not as good as Clinton or Ferrakahn (those guys could spin a river of words), or as good as Reagan, who was not mellifluous or smooth but could simply talk, and explain things.
But this uh um guy is ir um irritating.
