Last night we went out to dinner to use up a gift cert we got for Christmas.

We had some blackened gator, fried crawfish, cajun frog legs, gingered sea scallops & peppered grilled shrimp.

It’s a good thing that restaurant isn’t any closer to me!:)

Sounds excellent! Never had gator, but I've enjoyed frog's legs on occasion.
