I’ll just bet he is. He should have gone down in flames the last time. Instead, Bush went to PA and campaigned for him and he hung on. His day is over. He is a sick man and ought to have the decency to retire. I can’t believe he is even now scheming to keep his Senate seat. Any Republican who votes for him is by definition a RINO.
