Tiberius = Bush 41 (both were decent leaders but lesser than their predecessors. Their generals, Germanicus and Schwartzkopf, won great victories abroad).
Caligula = Clinton (both were immature, narcissistic, militarily incompetent, and obsessed with sex).
Claudius = Bush 43 (both were pathetically inarticulate and were derided as idiots by their contemporaries, but proved to be able administrators. Claudius conquered britain, Bush liberated Afghanistan and Iraq).
Nero = Obama (one played the lyre while Rome burned; the other played the liar while the USA melted down).
