I take that to mean the Congress and Judges should be changing it - and not the way specified in the Constitution. The current Congress Bill of Attainder to tax away private citizen bonuses comes to mind as a way of one little change to the constitution. It it were to end up at SCOTUS do you believe they would find it to be unconstitutional? For the first black President?

The Clintoon’s did not hate America, they are liberal. There is a difference in abusing the military and being for abortion and legalizing drugs as compared to hating whites, succesful people and the Constitution.
