There is animosity (before this shooting) towards the Oakland PD because a Transit Cop shot an unarmed 22 year old man at a train station (BART, I would imagine).
There were people "taunting police officers" at the scene of the traffic stop where one police officer was killed when the police set up a crime scene area...
There is always animosity, there are always excuses for cheering the deaths of cops in every city across the country. It is so much easier to believe some cabal of people have the sole purpose of setting up and killing “pick your downtroddin group”.
Personal responsibility isn’t dead, it was never alive in the first place.
