We had damn sure better. But the key here is when will those willing to resist reach their tipping point? The lib fascists will do this a little at a time, making it easier for the average person to say to themselves "maybe it will stop here, I'll wait until they go further before I risk my property and life". It’s a good question, and one we’ll have to give some thought to.

Keep in mind that it is about the comfort level, and when things get uncomfortable, you’re basically forced out of your comfort zone. It is at that point that acting out makes sense.

This is right off the top of my head; I am also thinking that by “them” using Alinsky’s Rules, the point IS to create chaos and discomfort, so the comfort level will become increasingly thin, sooner than later- then, time to act!
