I assume they'll record the addresses of every house they visit, then compare that to the addresses of the signatures they collect. The no-answers will be put into one group, the hostiles will be put into another.
I believe the entire point of this exercise is to identify the hostiles... not drum up support for a budget that already has the votes to pass.

Yep, I think so too. There's not much anybody can do about it though except not cooperate and let them do what they will with that. Might as well make it a rough weekend for them. Within the law.
Look for us "hostiles" to receive mail from Dear Leader pointing out the folly of our mistaken beliefs - said mail to include our Social Security numbers, income tax summaries, and lists of any prescription drugs we're taking.
