Forcing these kids who have been steeped in a “me, my, mine” self-esteem program since preschool, how do you put that genie back in the bottle and make them think of anyone else other than themself?? Is he going to put those who refuse in the gulag??

You hit upon a very important point here. Almost every single one of my students is EXTREMELY self-centered and only cares about him/herself. These narcissistic kids will do whatever Obambi tells them to do because they do not know the meaning of "sacrifice" or "selflessness".

No, they will just get steep fines. All will be requested to join or be fined. A few billion in fines will help supply those willing to act like military police more perks.
