Why lie? I simply tell the senator’s aide that, although I am not a constituent, I do have a credit card, and if the senator votes for this POS, I will be supporting his opponent in the next election. Instead of wasting money on the RNC, I usually send small contributions to Republicans in tough races around the country. If every conservative were to send just $10 to support the opponents of bad Democrats (I know, that’s redundant), maybe we could boot some of these idiots out.
That is a very good idea to just send money locally to candidates (so you know where it’s going). I am going to do that from now on.
