I've read that, too. My guess is a source would be difficult to find. If it's true, it'd be less popular than proof that global warming isn't manmade.

You mean global cooling don't you, considering the fact that the past ten years have been been cooler than normal. And real scientists are saying this may continue for the next 10 to 30 years.

This is a real big problem for the global warming nuts, and their Pentium 2 computer model which excludes the huge carbon sink (which absorbs all carbon produced by man within 4 years) called "oceans".
