Remember fellow Christians, constructive criticism is just fine. But don’t alienate less knowledgeable or less perceptive members of the flock just as they are coming to their senses.
As I’m sure most bible students know, the apostle Paul spent a good deal of time trying to get similarly ignorant Christians to graduate from the “milk” of God’s word to the “meat” of it.
This is analogous to modern Christians who might, at some point in their spiritual development, wrongfully believe that God’s will is served simply by attending church and supporting candidates that appear generally compassionate.
Ignorance is a condition. Continued willful ignorance is a sin.
