Most of the audience for "Tonight" is chosen in advance, but some tickets for a specific show are available that day on a first-come, first-served basis at the NBC Ticket Box, located at NBC in Burbank, the network said. Ticket Box opens at 8 a.m.

In Orange County on Wednesday, Obama is scheduled to hold a town hall session at the OC Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa. The event is free, although a ticket will be required, according to the White House.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the center, 88 Fair Drive. Entry is through Gate 1 or Gate 10, the White House said.

On Thursday, Obama is scheduled to visit a manufacturing plant in Pomona. The visit is closed to the public.

That same day Obama will hold a town hall-style meeting in Los Angeles. Tickets are to be distributed through registration at the White House website:
