(there is a place for *voluntary* altruism, IMHO, for instance) I believe she said there was a place for voluntary altruism when they are in Galt's gaulch where altruism is warranted when it's to your benefit such as loved ones, friends and counterparts. Ill have to check though... But I think a Donahue interview in the 70's she mentioned it as well. This belief clashes with Christianity and that is the hardest part for a Christian capitalist to reconcile when reading Rand's work.
