No. I haven't come across anything but there is a story there. I am still trying to read all the posts so I have tunnel vision but I want to know more.

I will send update if I get it. Very bizarre. I am sure I will find other items when I go through the Bill again.

It is a shame Congress probably won't even read this Bill.
