I have created a PING list. I collected all the names so far who have requested to be added to this "Ping".
The HR 1388 Bill, “The Give” Act Ping List.
Hope that is not a conflict when anyone else's efforts. I have confirmed all who requested a Ping so far in their FReepmail. I have still a few more to catch up with as I am reading my mail now but I have a list 99% collected and confirmed. Sound Good?

Sounds good to me.
You might also want to decide on a Keyword to use for threads you ping, such as “HR1388” or “Giveact”.
