IOW, obama believes duty to government is primary. Individual rights, what this country was founded on, finishes second.
Get the right judges on SCOTUS and the Constitution can mean anything they want it to mean.
It is not a good thing no matter how one looks at it. I have never understood why that quote never got any traction.
