McCain qualifies for POTUS, his parents were older than Obama’s Parents, and both were citizens of the US.

McCain is not "natural born." He was born in Panama. You must be born in the mainland USA of two citizen parents.

You are wrong. You can not find a single Constitutional authority who agrees with you on this point. McCain is a Natural Born Citizen. McCain was NEVER naturalized, and everyone seems to agree that McCain IS, currently, a Citizen. Where Citizenship is concerned, Natural Born Citizen is the opposite of Naturalized Citizen. The Constitution clearly leaves Citizenship legislation up to the Congress of the United States, through legislation. Congress has had several different laws, concerning Citizenship.
