I don't know about that. People seem to have no problem paying for fruits & vegetables they could instead grown in their backyards.
Plus, growing marijuana isn't that easy, especially when you account for quality.
And I'm sure California's prison & court budgets could use a breather from locking up people for low-level drug use & possession.
Not to beat a dead horse, but only a small percentage of society even tries marijuana once, much less a daily smoker. So, it might actually be a good idea to temporarily legalize marijuana - that’s how it was in the past.
It is like a science/art and if you follow the process its almost easy,,, from what I’ve been told. Start-up money is the biggest obstacle.
Quality starts with the seeds from what I’ve been told.
