Did Airs (intentional) serve time? If so, for what? Wouldn’t he get life without parole for the murder of a police officer?

Then again, Obama would immediately pardon. Airs probably wouldn’t serve a full 6 hours before he would be released.

If Ayers is convicted of a state offense in California, Obama couldn’t pardon him. The president’s pardon power only extends to federal offenses. Obama could pardon Ayers so that the feds can’t prosecute him for the crime, but he couldn’t do anything to stop the State of California from prosecuting Ayers under state law.

I would like to assume that SchwarzenRino wouldn’t stoop so low as to pardon Ayers, but I wouldn’t bet my life on it.
