Ah... they are the owners. They didn’t steal anything. No law says they have to leave their cars on their lot.
So far, there has been no crime committed, so who has a right to “freeze” their bank accounts?
I hope it’s just what someone suggested above. Doing a Galt. They’re quitting. (Unfortunately, it’s probably something much less imaginative and courageous.)
