How could Justice Scalia claim that he didn't know or couldn't remember any of the several lawsuits supposedly distributed to the entire court!!

How could he not have heard of it? Even if he never surfs the internet, how could he not?

My guess is that he was just hoping you’d leave and was being as politely evasive as he could possibly be to further that end.

Maybe it’s a reference to common law Grand Jury.

How could Justice Scalia claim that he didn't know or couldn't remember any of the several lawsuits supposedly distributed to the entire court!! Because they get about 8000 cases asking for cert every year, divided by 27 conference days on a nine month court calendar. That's almost 300 cases per conference.

it is not Scalia’s place to say what goes on behind the closed doors. Scalia should of reminded him that.

[Quote]What could I do at theis point? Wrestle with the secret service? Clearly that wasn’t the time and the place to show of my black belt Tae kwon Do skills. I just shut up and left. There was nothing else I could do at that meeting.[UnQuote]
I heard there was this one gang in high school that wanted you to join because they heard you were pretty good with a bow staff.

When a judge on the USSC says “I would hear it” about the case deciding if Obama is qualified...then why are people pushing this still regarded as kooks?

excellent work, keep at it
but don't try to show Tao Kwon Do to Secret Service agents - their training is a wee bit more sophisticated than that ;-)
