Birth certificate issue seems not to go away

zer0's strategy all along has been that "people will get tired of it, lose interest, and it will go away".

It is the duty of every citizen to see that The Constitution is upheld and that it doesn't go away! Since the Federal Government has shirked it's duty, each State Legislature should enact a law that requires that eligibility be certified before a candidate's name is placed on the ballot.

There are plenty out there there who feel that BO may very well be illegal as President, but also say that because of the consequences of acknowledging this, it is better to leave him alone.

I don't agree. I believe that riots (or worse) are preferable to an openly acknowledged unconstitutional President.

At this point we're just feeding the alligator anyway. The hard core Obamaloons and ACORN types aren't going to allow Zero to lose even in an election. Even if he lost all 50 states they'll resort to violence.

Refusing to do anything out of a fear of violence is only putting off the inevitable. The civil war was a long time in coming but was only made worse by those who refused to deal with it 50 years earlier.
